Garden State Chapter sponsors general meetings, research, and a state awareness campaign to bring local and national focus to Myasthenia Gravis. The Garden State Chapter of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, Inc. is a tax exempt New Jersey voluntary group of people throughout the state of New Jersey.The Garden State Chapter is dedicated to the eradication of Myasthenia Gravis and the impact of MG through fostering and facilitating collaboration in the areas of education, research, and patient services in an effective, ethical and efficient manner Garden State Chapter is the only State organization dedicated to addressing the problem of MG, a major cause of chronic muscle weakness.The Garden State Chapter's principal source of funds are public donations, grants, fund-raising events, and bequests.
