The Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (MGF) is the only national volunteer health agency dedicated solely to the fight against Myasthenia Gravis (MG) through programs of research, education, information and patient services. Since 1952, the MGF has grown to a network of 37 Chapters and over 100 support groups and auxiliaries throughout the United States and 8 international affiliates. The Foundation serves persons with MG, their families, health professionals and the interested public.

An Autoimmune Neuromuscular Disease

The Carolinas Chapter of the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (MGF) is one of 37 Chapters of this national volunteer health agency dedicated solely to the fight against Myasthenia Gravis (MG) through programs of research, education, information and patient services. The Foundation serves persons with MG, their families, health professionals and the interested public. The Carolinas Chapter serves the communities of North and South Carolina.
