Medications that can affect Myasthenia Gravis. Many therapeutic drugs can occasionally exacerbate myasthenia and caution is needed when any new treatment is introduced. The drugs listed below have been reported to cause problems in some patients but the list is not exclusive. These drugs do not alwayscause problems and may be used after appropriate consideration.

Telithromycin (Ketek) must never be used.
